This project repurposed an old oil depot into a combined brew pub and incubator office for startups and young professionals. In my design, a "third space" is created at the intersection of work and leisure, which fosters creativity and energy. Views into the brewery from both the restaurant and the office space create an untraditional mixture of spaces, which brings a collaborative spirit to the building.
